Cesar Valles
Cesar Valles joined the Lopez Remodeling and Construction team over ten years ago. Under the patient and supportive leadership of Luis Lopez, Cesar has learned every trade in the construction industry and developed a deep appreciation for all aspects of building and remodeling. Over the years, he has built a strong foundation of knowledge and supervisory skills. From plumbing and electrical work to framing, fine tile work, and more, Cesar contributes to the construction and remodeling of large family homes, high-end remodels, and smaller dwellings such as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
Cesar takes pride in his craftsmanship and attention to detail, and his hands-on experience and dedication to quality make him a valuable contributor to any project focused on creating beautiful, functional, and lasting spaces where those who invest in them can enjoy comfort and well-being.

Luis Lopez - Founder & General Contractor
Luis Lopez has been running his remodeling and construction company for over twenty years, holding a General Contractor’s License and earning a reputation for excellence and integrity in every project. A native of Mexico, Luis brings a strong work ethic, deep knowledge, and hands-on experience in all trades of the construction industry.
As a leader, Luis is known for his kindness, positivity, and “nothing is impossible” attitude. He is deeply committed to the personal and professional growth of his team, encouraging them to learn, take initiative, and strive for excellence. His supportive and collaborative approach has also extended to community initiatives like Smart Yards Education, where he shares his expertise to help others succeed.
With exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for quality work, Luis embodies the “yes, we can” spirit, turning challenges into opportunities and building spaces that provide comfort, functionality, and pride to those who enjoy them.

Adrian Valles
Adrian Valles, equipped with the skills, knowledge, and experience he gained in his hometown, Durango, Mexico, in the trade of welding, joined the Lopez team over two years ago. Working alongside his brother, Cesar Valles, Adrian has become an excellent complement to the team, bringing not only his experience but also a strong work ethic and positive attitude. He learns quickly and applies California building codes under Lopez’s supervision and guidance, demonstrating responsibility and dedication in every project. Adrian is an integral part of this strong team, committed to building and remodeling living spaces from small structures to large residences throughout the Bay Area, contributing to the success, and quality of every project.
